Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all subsidiary policies published by okwela:

• "Platform" means the okwela website accessible at https://okwela.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, subdomains, and application programming interfaces (APIs) made available to registered users.
• "okwela", "we", "us", "our" refers to the company incorporated under the laws of its licensing jurisdiction that operates the okwela Platform under an internationally recognized gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the Platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password and optional two-factor authentication.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any betting market, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, live casino table, or other game product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, deposit match, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive made available to Players subject to specific promotional terms.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which okwela balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated on this Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which okwela confirms the identity, age, and residency of registered Players.
• "Prohibited Activities" has the meaning given to it in Clause 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and not attempt to register or maintain an account. okwela reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okwela. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes.

To register and use the okwela Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. okwela strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with the standards applicable in its licensing jurisdiction and as a matter of internal policy. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any Wager. 21+ only.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is directed specifically at the Indonesian market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk, and okwela accepts no liability for such access.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be acting as an agent or representative for any third party when placing Wagers.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed by yourself or any third-party responsible gaming program. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or family member residing in the same household as an employee or contractor of okwela or any of its associated companies, game studios, or payment providers.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing Wagers and making deposits, you must register an Account. The following rules govern Account registration and management:

• One Account per Player: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Clause 9. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the first registered may be closed without notice and winnings generated through those accounts will be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. okwela is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify okwela support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
• Account Currency: All accounts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No alternative currency accounts are available.

okwela is required to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time at its discretion. The KYC verification process is a mandatory condition of continued access to the Platform's financial features.

Documents required for KYC verification may include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport);
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, DANA, OVO, or GoPay account showing your full name and accou nt number);
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably requested by okwela's compliance team to verify source of funds or fulfill regulatory obligations.

All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Documents must be uploaded in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format via the account verification section of the Platform. okwela reserves the right to reject any documents that are unclear, expired, or do not match the registered account information.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in prolonged cases, account closure.

Deposits: okwela supports deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata), Indonesian e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and select international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds for e-wallets and local bank transfers, and within 5 minutes for card payments.
• okwela does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside okwela's control.

Withdrawals: Players may withdraw their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 for standard accounts and higher limits for VIP accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal and may be requested again at okwela's discretion for any subsequent withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00 – 22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday) for verified accounts. Larger withdrawals and first-time withdrawals may require additional review and may take up to 24 hours.
• okwela reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering of Deposits: To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal. Example: if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place at least Rp 500.000 in valid wagers before withdrawing any funds from that deposit.

okwela offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus rules:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 50x depending on the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and sportsbook wagers may require minimum odds (e.g., 1.75) to count toward wagering.
• Bonuses are subject to time limits (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum bet limits apply while playing with bonus funds (typically Rp 50.000 per spin or hand). Exceeding the maximum bet may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to withdrawable funds by meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• okwela reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering, coordination with other players, or any other behavior intended to exploit the promotional system.

Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting support. Players who have opted out of bonuses may not claim any promotional offers unless they explicitly re-enable bonuses through their account settings.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each game category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, crash games, etc.). These game-specific rules can be accessed via the "Rules" or "Help" link within each game or betting interface and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General betting rules:

• Once a Wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed by the Player. The only exception is if a technical error on the Platform's side caused an incorrect bet to be placed, in which case okwela may void the bet at its discretion.
• okwela reserves the right to void any Wager where there is clear evidence of: (a) an obvious error in the odds or lines offered; (b) the Player having access to information after an event started that influenced the outcome (late betting); (c) technical malfunction of the Platform; or (d) the event being compromised by fraud, match-fixing, or other corrupt practices.
• For sportsbook markets, the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport in question (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1 officials) is final and binding, even if that result is later overturned on appeal or changed by a decision of a regulatory authority.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a Wager settlement, okwela's decision is final. Players may submit a complaint via the contact details provided in Clause 16 if they believe a settlement error has occurred.

Maximum payouts: okwela reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per Wager, per day, or per event. These limits are published in the specific rules for each betting market and may vary by sport, league, and bet type. The maximum payout for any single winning Wager is Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise specified.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification; using stolen or fraudulent payment methods; impersonating another person.
2. Multi-Accounting: Creating or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or indirectly through agents or third parties.
3. Collusion and Match-Fixing: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage; placing Wagers on events where the outcome has been predetermined or manipulated.
4. Use of Bots and Automated Tools: Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to place Wagers, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
5. Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across platforms or taking advantage of delayed odds updates to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
6. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting, low-risk strategies, multi-accounting, or any other behavior designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer.
7. Circumventing Self-Exclusion: Attempting to create a new Account after having self-excluded or been excluded by okwela.
8. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to otherwise evade financial regulations.
9. Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts, okwela's systems, or any part of the Platform's backend infrastructure.

Consequences: Any Player found to have engaged in any Prohibited Activity will be subject to immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds (deposits and winnings), and potential referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. okwela reserves the right to share information about Prohibited Activities with other gaming operators and industry blacklists.

okwela is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with tools to manage their gambling behavior. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

Tools available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can lose over a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months for temporary exclusions, permanent for lifetime exclusions).

All responsible gaming tools can be accessed via the "Responsible Gaming" section of your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting them and can only be reduced (not increased) without a cooling-off period.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, databases, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the Platform are the exclusive property of okwela or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without express written permission from okwela;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated data collection tools on the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform;
• Use the okwela name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written permission.

Unauthorized use of okwela's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may subject you to legal action.

okwela provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, okwela disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

okwela is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including losses due to technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Any losses arising from errors in game results caused by malfunctioning equipment, software bugs, or human error on the part of third-party game providers (although we will work with providers to investigate and rectify such errors where possible);
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if okwela has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, okwela's liability to you is limited to the amount you deposited into your Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

Force Majeure: okwela is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service provider failures, or denial-of-service attacks.

Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to meeting wagering requirements for any active bonuses). okwela will process account closure requests within 48 hours.

Termination by okwela: okwela reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed, with remaining balances returned to the registered payment method minus administrative fees);
• At okwela's sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to our business, other players, or the integrity of our services.

In the event of account termination by okwela for breach of these Terms, okwela reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., business decision by okwela), any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

okwela reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations (e.g., changes to dispute resolution procedures, changes to withdrawal policies), okwela will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or account notification, but such notification is provided as a courtesy and does not alter the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which okwela holds its international gaming license, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and okwela, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting okwela support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of initial contact, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Waiver of Class Action: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against okwela.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review by okwela's compliance team. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days and resolved within 15 business days where possible.
